Four things to keep in mind
This option is good for you if:
* If you are someone good at keeping the gospel and convo on track and avoiding rabbit trail derailments really good, and you are more of an ambivert or extrovert you can probably do this.
* If you are really pretty good with apologetics and the top 10 faq most people ask or object to such as suffering, why we exist etc.
*If you can let rejections roll off your back and not be hurt by things people say. [If you worked at a call center 😅 you might be easily able to do this ministry.]
* If you pay to use Burner app, so you have an evangelism number you can burn if you get harassers or stalkers.
Ideas for cold calling.

1. "Hi I'm with Grace Christian Church, and with no intentions other than caring about you, was calling to find out if you have any prayer requests. I would be happy to pray with you now and put you on my prayer list."
If they are receptive take their request & pray for them. Then ask their religious background. If they say Christian, ask them "Joe let me ask you, if you ran into me today and I was having a heart attack but was afraid I was going to die and asked you how I could be saved....and you have 3 minutes until the ambulance arrives... how would you explain to me how to be saved?" Listen for what they say if it is false or if it is right.
Then guide the call based on that.
If you run into a cult person, muslim or someone from another religion, guide them based on that.
In advance of starting this Calls for Christ ministry have a script for every religion ready and the top things they'll likely say so you know what to say and won't be flustered.
Go through the skeptics FAQ and Religious sections here that are online answers and helps for people in non Christian religions. If you have a good grasp on those [and can pop over there to them as a memory jogger] then you can assist with planting spiritual seeds and watering the truth they already know.
There are a few specific other evangelism and apologetics helps here that are not in the resources avail to the general public on the faq sites connected to us here. And that is so you can reach these lost folks armed with a bit more tools for leading them to Christ.
The muslim one is a good example thanks to James White. He has studied and debated muslims since around 2006/2009 and has fantastic advice on the LW podcast as well as his debates on youtube. Check that out because God has allowed muslims in the West and like the Jews we can lovingly reach them for Christ.
